Fully Managed

The majority of our Landlords opt to have their property fully managed by BLaK Property. This offers a ‘Peace of Mind’ service for our Landlords ensuring that their property is looked after by us.

With our Fully Managed Service, we manage the property for you throughout the tenancy to take the stress out of it for you. Throughout the management we take care of the maintenance issues, rental increases, safety checks and property inspections ensuring the property is kept in good condition throughout.

Let Only Service

With Landlords who like to be more ‘hands on’ with their properties, we offer a Let Only service. With out Let Only service, we ensure that the property is advertised and ensure that we find the right tenant for your property. We will carry out all of the relevant reference checks and produce the legal paperwork needed for the tenancy and then once they have moved in, hand the property back to the Landlord so they can manage the property themselves.
