There is a lot of news going around about the property market at the moment with some media outlets saying it is busy, some saying it is slow and we know it is sometimes hard for people to understand a true reading for the market.
We are finding at the minute that the lower end of the market is moving fast. Over the last 2 weeks, we have agreed 8 sales under £250,000 with nearly all of these being at the asking price or within a few thousand pounds off of it. We are having more valuation requests come in and more viewing requests as well which shows there is movement in the market.
